1997, ¡°Project Talent¡± was initiated.
The 5th council under the leadership of President Guo Yinglu, combined with the ¡°Urology Training Center, Peking Medical University¡±, started the Urology Talent Project to train urology talents of different levels.

2002, ¡°Project Leader¡± was initiated
Training leaders in the field of urology and tutors of Doctorate candidates.

2005, ¡°Management Ability Training Project for Directors¡± was initiated.
The 7th council under the leadership of President Na Yanqun gave the management ability training course to directors of department of urology with the help from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Limited.
